After signing up, you'll have a 30-minute kickoff call with your project manager. We'll collect your brand assets, style preferences, and first task. Most teams submit their first task within 24 hours of onboarding. You'll have your first deliverable within 48 hours of that.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty — your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. Annual plans can also be cancelled, but the remaining balance is non-refundable after the first 30 days.
