Cyber Nexus — D2C Fashion Brand
The Problem
Cyber Nexus was spending ₹3L/month on Meta Ads with a ROAS of 1.2x — essentially breaking even. Their targeting was broad, creatives were generic, and there was no funnel strategy in place. Revenue had plateaued at ₹2L/month.
Our Strategy
We rebuilt their entire ad infrastructure: interest + lookalike audience layering, UGC-style creatives, a retargeting funnel with dynamic product ads, and a landing page redesign optimized for mobile checkout.
Execution
Over 6 months: launched 24 ad variations, A/B tested 8 landing pages, implemented server-side tracking for accurate attribution, and scaled ad spend from ₹3L to ₹8L/month as ROAS improved.
Neon Pulse — SaaS Startup Launch
The Problem
Neon Pulse had a great product but zero market presence. No brand identity, no website, and no marketing infrastructure. They needed to go from 0 to launch-ready in 45 days.
Our Strategy
We designed the complete brand system (logo, brand guidelines, tone of voice), built a high-converting landing page with Calendly integration, and ran a multi-channel launch campaign across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google.
Execution
45-day sprint: brand identity in week 1, website live by week 2, ad campaigns launched week 3, optimized through week 6. Implemented lead scoring and CRM integration for sales handoff.
Void Walker — Gaming Community
The Problem
Void Walker's social media was stagnant at 3K followers with zero engagement. Their content looked amateur and wasn't resonating with the gaming audience they wanted to reach.
Our Strategy
We developed a content calendar built around trending gaming topics, redesigned their visual brand for social, partnered with micro-influencers, and used data-driven posting schedules.
Execution
120 pieces of custom content over 4 months, 8 influencer collaborations, community management across Instagram, X, and Discord. Ran targeted engagement campaigns with a ₹50K monthly budget.
Aether Web — B2B Lead Gen Website
The Problem
Aether Web's existing website had a 0.8% conversion rate, 6-second load time, and wasn't mobile optimized. They were losing qualified traffic to a poor user experience.

Complete website rebuild focused on speed, clarity, and conversion. We mapped the buyer journey, redesigned all pages for mobile-first, and implemented clear CTAs at every touchpoint.
